A Fun Cold Time

Cold Fingers and toes, but a totally fun time. Homemade soups afterward at Jim and Mary’s beautiful Milford home. Deleicious!

We had an adventurous group of ten boats with 11 paddlers today for our Day After Thanksgiving Paddle. The temp was never over 30. We launched at Milford’s Central Park and paddled up to the Proud Lake Dam. Some continued up into the lake. My toes and fingers were very cold, so I turned around with a few others. But I am so glad I paddled today. Afterward, some of us enjoyed homemade soups at the home of Jim and Mary VanDerworp
